What does OUTHOUND do?

Simply provide your prospect's e-mail-address, and OUTHOUND will predict that person's current availability (e.g. to answer the phone) 🔴 🟡 🟢. Additionally, OUTHOUND let's you sort your contact list by availability, so you'll always call the prospects with highest availability first!

Who is it for?

OUTHOUND bings a huge advantage to everyone who regularly calls or contacts a high amount of B2B prospects on a daily basis, since it saves a lot of time and effort to actually reach these people.

How does it work?

OUTHOUND is based on PFSF's availability prediction model and it's huge datasets. When navigating through the internet every user leaves traces like activity- and account-data. This data, combined with data from external prospecting databases, allow our AI models to reliably predict the current availability.

Does it work for all of my prospects?

No, unsurprisingly not everyone is listed in our database. However, the model is specialized on business contacts, and depending on industry and region, OUTHOUND usually reaches a coverage of around 60% on provided contact-data. Even when not all of your prospects are covered, OUTHOUND is super helpful, since you can sort long lists of contacts by availability, and at least call the ones that are currently scored available first.

Is it legal?

Yes, OUTHOUND is legal in most parts of the world! All data that OUTHOUND processes is publicly available, neither does it rely on illegally obtained datasets. However, we do not offer our service in Europe, since abusive usage of the product may not GDPR compliant. Additionally, for privacy reasons, OUTHOUND will never offer insights on private contact profiles.
